A pre-constructed basement foundation can double the square footage of livable space.

The Foundation is not included in the price of the kit.

Training.

We have already built capacity within our own community and want to show you how. 

We offer opportunities to train your crew to erect these buildings within you own communities. Ask about our building manual and other training options.

Have big ideas that maybe we haven’t considered? We can help customize your interior design for an additional cost. Our design team can help you see your vision before you commit. Let’s make sure your purchase will work for you and create the best layout for your future Dream home or office.

Kit including everything needed to lockup are stored then supplied from Skeetchestn Band. Kit can be delivered for additional cost across Canada.

Additional costs not included with our kit: Pre-poured cement pad or basement; Lift capability for 1000 pounds. All interior & exterior walls and installs are the responsibility of the purchaser..

Warranty.

We stand behind our Quality Homes with a 10-year structural warranty to reassure that you are making a good decision in our Dodeca-Homes. We cover all structural frameworks and materials included with our Kit to the completion of lockup.
